I am a 41 year old mum with two young boys and have
lived in Hale for the last 7 years. I love running and keeping fit. I
am a qualified personal trainer and nutrition & weight management consultant.
Many of my clients are mums so I focus
on developing training schedules that work around school hours and holidays. This makes far more sense than paying for gym
membership which you then can’t use when the children are at home.
In addition to personal training I also
run circuit classes and running groups.
